• Provide leadership, clinical guidance, and strategic support to the allied health workforce.
• Lead development, management, and communication of region-Wide initiatives.
• Support and promote a culture of excellence, safety, respect, and collaboration.
• Develop and support professional practice networks.
• Lead and participate in research and quality improvement activities.
• Manage staff recruitment, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Advise on significant issues affecting practice and operations

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or allied health, master’s in a health-Related field, minimum of seven years clinical experience with three in management, current professional registration
