Summer Day Camp Leader in Training (Part-Time)

Leaders in training will assist in the supervision and instruction of various day camps for children aged 3 to 15, participating enthusiastically in activities like sports, arts, and swimming while ensuring a safe and quality experience. Key duties also involve providing leadership to campers, supervising volunteers, assisting with lesson planning and evaluations, and handling administrative and maintenance tasks.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available for a minimum of 6 out of 10 weeks between july 2nd and september 2nd, 2026, including mandatory training at the end of june 2026. Required qualifications include previous experience working with children aged 3-12 in recreational activities and holding a valid alberta approved intermediate first aid certification through september 2nd, 2026.
