Workshop Facilitator

The workshop facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging, competency-Based training to help clients develop employment skills and independence, which includes designing, updating, and delivering curriculum tailored to diverse learner needs. This role also involves evaluating client progress, managing logistics, and ensuring training aligns with current industry standards.

Candidates must possess a diploma in social services, instruction, or facilitation, along with two years of recent, related experience in instruction or group facilitation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A satisfactory criminal record check is mandatory, and non-Violent crisis intervention training can be acquired after hiring.
