Psychology Instructor - Tenure -Track - Colville, WA

The instructor will prepare for and deliver transfer-Level psychology classes, including general psychology and lifespan psychology, through in-Person, hybrid, and online modes, supporting students across multiple rural campuses. Responsibilities also include being accessible for academic consulting, communicating clear expectations, developing instructional materials, and applying best practices in equitable teaching and assessment.

Minimum qualifications require an earned master's degree or higher in psychology and at least one full academic year of teaching psychology courses. Candidates must also demonstrate experience using technology for online communication (Like zoom, canvas) and possess the ability to effectively work with diverse populations and implement strategies to enhance student learning and retention.
