This role provides coordinated administrative and operational support for the provost’s office and academic affairs division, including overseeing student employees and maintaining office systems and records. The position also serves as a divisional resource during staffing changes and coordinates administrative support for meetings, events, and programs sponsored by the provost’s office.
Candidates must possess fully functional knowledge of standard office procedures and practices, along with the ability to operate within various organizational structures. These qualifications are typically obtained through a high school education or equivalent, combined with four years of related office work experience.
