As an early childhood educator, you will implement a program aligned with brightpath’s curriculum to support child development while maintaining a safe and protective environment for children in care. Responsibilities also include assessing children's abilities and needs, discussing progress with parents, and ensuring classroom materials are clean and organized.
Candidates must possess an early childhood education level 1, 2, or 3 certification or a bachelor of education/Equivalent, and must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment. Essential current certifications include standard first aid and infant child cpr, along with up-To-Date immunization and health assessments.
