The senior financial analyst will serve as a strategic finance partner, integral to the fp&a team, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analyzing business performance to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities include performing monthly variance analysis, monitoring kpis, partnering with stakeholders, and preparing presentations for senior leadership and the board.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, with a cpa being preferred, alongside 3–5 years of experience in fp&a or corporate finance. Essential requirements include strong business acumen, advanced excel proficiency with financial modeling capabilities, and experience with erp/Reporting tools like netsuite and power bi.
