Coach, Track & Field, Junior School

The coach will plan and deliver weekly training sessions for students in grades 3-7 before and after school, acting as a supervisor during practices and track meets. Responsibilities also include providing mentorship, supporting student leadership, and maintaining open communication with administration and parents.

Candidates must possess 1 to 3 years of experience coaching track and field, along with a demonstrable awareness of the learning styles of girls and young women. Essential qualifications include excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-Solving skills, and a commitment to professional practice standards.
