Flight Instructor - Pilot in Waiting

The flight instructor will conduct in-Flight training for a cohort of 10 students, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards and safety protocols. This includes regularly evaluating student progress and preparing lesson plans aligned with transport canada's flight training standards.

Candidates must hold a valid class 2 flight instructor certification and possess strong interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, and communication skills. Significant professional aviation experience is also required for this role.
