The primary role involves supporting youth aged 13-24 through responsive participant-Based and one-To-One services, including facilitating traditional knowledge transfer with elders and knowledge keepers. The worker will co-Develop and implement land and community-Based activities and youth culture camps, utilizing a strengths-Based, trauma-Informed approach.
Candidates need post-Secondary education in relevant fields or three years of equivalent experience working with children and youth, along with knowledge of indigenous culture, history, and engagement tools. Essential abilities include strong communication, case management, crisis intervention skills, and the capacity to work flexible hours.
