Candidates must possess a college diploma or university degree in social services or a related field, along with certification as a trainer in at least two specified programs like asist or cpi, and must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Preferred qualifications include experience with public speaking, marketing, developing dynamic presentations, and in-Depth knowledge of mental health and addiction issues.
