The head coach will focus on coaching children through a monthly curriculum targeting brain, physical, and character development, while also being comfortable educating parents on the curriculum's rationale. This role includes setting schedules for the coaching staff and assessing their performance and execution.
Candidates must have a passion for working with children and ideally possess an athletic or coaching background with experience coaching ages 15 months to 11 years old. Preferred qualifications include prior management experience and knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics, along with current cpr certification.
