The innovation developer will collaborate with a team of high school students to design, develop, and test a working prototype addressing a real business problem at rbc. This involves exploring new technology, using design thinking, and presenting the final solution to stakeholders.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in grade 11 or 12 in an ontario-Based high school and possess a strong passion for computer science, engineering, or entrepreneurship. Essential requirements include working knowledge of at least one programming language and applied experience with technology concepts, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills.
