- Master’s degree in ece or relevant field.
- Minimum three years of experience working with young children and families.
- Knowledge of early years curriculum and frameworks.
- Experience in curriculum implementation and reconceptualist theories.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience with indigenous knowledge and teaching methods.
