Responsibilities include supporting the lead educator in using evidence-Based practices, contributing to teamwork, implementing the pre-Kindergarten program framework, and adapting activities to specific group needs.
Candidates must hold a college diploma in early childhood education or commit to obtaining one, along with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Good spoken and written french proficiency and functional english knowledge are required, as is a standard first aid - Level c certification (Or commitment to obtain within 6 months).
