The incumbent plays a vital role in ensuring learning continuity in clinical settings by supervising, guiding, and evaluating students in various healthcare environments to ensure they acquire necessary practical skills. Responsibilities include sharing knowledge, demonstrating nursing procedures, maintaining quality, and engaging in student-Centered learning activities integrated with theory and practice.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing and active membership with the cno (College of nurses of ontario). A minimum of two years of experience in clinical education and proficiency in written and oral french are required.
