This role involves leading, coaching, and developing product enablement and customer education specialists while owning and defining the enablement roadmap across seller and buyer initiatives. The lead will also define and evolve the product enablement operating model and act as the primary enablement counterpart to product and product marketing teams.
Candidates must possess deep expertise in the aircall product portfolio, including ai capabilities, and have proven experience supporting or enabling go-To-Market teams or customers within aircall. Required skills include proficiency in instructional design, content creation, leading cross-Functional initiatives, and strong communication abilities to articulate complex product concepts.
