The registered early childhood educator will plan and lead interest-Based, play-Based activities to promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development while maintaining active supervision. Responsibilities also include documenting children's learning, ensuring health and safety, assisting with personal care, fostering family relationships, and collaborating with team members.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience working or volunteering with children and familiarity with the child care early years act and licensing standards. Required certifications include a clear police vulnerable sector check, standard first aid and cpr level c, and updated immunization records, alongside being registered with the college of early childhood educators or actively pursuing the diploma.
