The software development manager will manage and build a high-Performance team while guiding and mentoring engineers to ensure job satisfaction and technical advancement. They will also collaborate with product managers, designers, and qa to maintain product usability and quality standards.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years in engineering management, along with a bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or a related field. Strong programming skills in java or another object-Oriented language are required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
