The successful candidate will participate in and enrich the educational and scholarly achievements of the echocardiography program, focusing on research and/Or educational initiatives within the field. Clinical duties involve the interpretation of inpatient and outpatient transthoracic and stress imaging, as well as performing transesophageal echocardiography.
Candidates must be eligible for a full-Time clinical academic appointment at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor, holding an md degree or equivalent and eligible for canadian cardiology certification and cpso licensure. A level 3 fellowship in echocardiography with skills in advanced imaging techniques is required, along with demonstrated academic productivity or potential.
