The senior student success advisor - Wellbeing will support at-Risk students by providing a supportive environment and resource navigation, while also advising on academic matters. They will develop procedures for supporting at-Risk students and coordinate wellbeing programming and events.
Candidates must have a university degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in advising or mental health, particularly with international students. Extensive knowledge of trauma-Informed care and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
