The learning consultant will design, develop, and deliver training solutions for claims employees across various business functions. They will also measure the effectiveness of training and collaborate with stakeholders to implement learning solutions.
Candidates should have 2+ years of technical experience in multiple business functions and the ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships. Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles is preferred.
