The successful candidate will collaborate with educators, elders, and community members to design and implement a competency-Based curriculum. They will also foster a learning environment that respects diverse indigenous perspectives and promote equity and inclusion within the school community.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in education and be eligible for a northwest territories teaching certificate. A strong understanding of indigenous cultures and experience in competency-Based education and assessment are essential.
