- Experience in cognitive-Theory-Based counselling.
- Understanding of trauma informed practice.
- Previous successful experience in counselling.
- Familiarity with inter-Ministerial social agency protocols.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a collaborative team setting.
- Training in suicide risk assessment and care plans.
- Understanding of counselling supports through a response to intervention lens
