As a customer services assistant 2, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver library and literacy programs and events. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing a variety of programs for children, teens, and adults.
Candidates must have a diploma in library and information technology and up to six months of customer service experience. Additionally, they should possess the ability to plan and deliver various programs and have a valid b.c. Driver's license.
