- Bachelor of education or equivalent teaching credential.
- Valid bc teaching certificate (Or eligibility for certification).
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Experience working in indigenous or remote communities (Preferred).
- Knowledge of culturally responsive, trauma-Informed, and land-Based teaching practices (Preferred).
- Understanding of local first nations contexts, history, and cultural protocols (Preferred).
- Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-Solving skills (Preferred).
- Willingness to participate in on-The-Land activities, field trips, and community programming (Preferred)
