With a long history of providing high quality experiences for students, the Richmond School District strives to be <strong>“The Best Place to Learn and Lead"</strong>.</p> <p>Richmond School District operates 37 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, alternate programs, continuing education and a number of additional facilities.

The district enrolls approximately 22,000 students (K-12) and employs over 3000 dedicated staff. </p> <p><strong>The Richmond School District is now accepting applications for both elementary and secondary TTOC's.</strong></p><p><strong>For applicants that are applying prior to completing the Education program, please provide as much of the application as you can.

If you are asked to submit a document that you are waiting to receive (like practicum reports), please submit an entry (a pdf of a document) that includes the date you expect to submit this document.</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Successful completion of a Bachelor of Education.</li> <li>Successful student teaching experience.</li> <li>Certified or eligible for certification with the Ministry of Education - Teacher Regulation Branch.</li> <li>Registration or eligible for registration with Teacher Qualification Service (TQS).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application portfolios must include the following documentation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cover letter</li> <li>Resume</li> <li>Final Practicum reports from both Faculty and School Associates (may follow later)</li> <li>Academic transcripts (including undergrad; (may follow later)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>Salary as per Teacher's Collective Agreement current salary range is $65,074.00 to $109,520.00 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <p>For more information about Richmond School District #38, please visit <a></a> or our website at <a></a>.</p> <p><strong>DUE TO THE VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS WE RECEIVE, ONLY THOSE SELECTED FOR AN INTERVIEW WILL BE CONTACTED.</strong></p> <p>Richmond School District is committed to recruiting a diverse workforce that represents the community we so proudly serve.
