With a long history of providing high quality experiences for students, the Richmond School District strives to be “The Best Place to Learn and Lead.”</p> <p>Richmond School District operates 38 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools, alternate programs, continuing education and a number of additional facilities.

The district enrolls approximately 21,000 students (K-12) and employs over 3500 dedicated staff. </p> <p><strong>The Richmond School District is now accepting applications for elementary teachers and TTOC's.

This includes teachers with French Immersion and Montessori training. </strong></p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Successful completion of a Bachelor of Education;</li> <li>Recent contract teaching experience and/or student teaching experience;</li> <li>Certified or eligible for certification with the Ministry of Education – Teacher Regulation Branch;</li> <li>Registration with Teacher Qualification Service (TQS).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Portfolios must include the following documentation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cover letter</li> <li>Resume</li> <li>Final Practicum reports from both Faculty and School Associates</li> <li>Academic Transcripts</li> <li>Recent teaching evaluation within the past 8 years from your administrator (for experienced teachers)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p><strong></strong>Salary as per Teacher's Collective Agreement current salary range is $57,984.00 to $107,490.00 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <p><strong>Due to the volume of applications we receive, ONLY those selected for an interview will be contacted.</strong></p> <p>The Richmond School District is committed to recruiting a diverse workforce that represents the community we so proudly serve.
