The coach will oversee the development of community-Based athletes and manage the brock sports performance brand through outreach and programming. Additionally, they will design and implement strength and conditioning programs for varsity teams while collaborating with coaching staff.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in kinesiology or a related field and possess internationally recognized strength and conditioning certifications. Proven experience in athletic coaching, leadership, and knowledge of the university sports environment is required.
