The district educator will plan and execute education strategies to support the acquisition and growth of market leader salons across british columbia (50%) and alberta (50%). Responsibilities include prospecting, creating proposals, executing conversion training, and developing annual education plans for assigned key accounts.
Candidates must possess an active hairstyling license or qualification held for a minimum of five years, along with five years of hairstyling experience covering a full range of services. A valid driver's license and experience using innovative techniques to grow key accounts are also mandatory.
