Overview
Support and promote the Associate of Science (AS) program streams. Participate in recruitment of students into AS programs. Provide content for the College website, information booklets, AS website, and other advertising materials. Respond to AS program enquiries from students and help ensure successful program completion and transfer. Refer students to appropriate Department Chairs for discipline-specific AS enquiries. Collect and evaluate information on progress of AS program students. Liaise with other post-secondary institutions to maintain and improve transfer arrangements. Coordinate scheduling of courses across all Science & Technology departments to minimize scheduling conflicts, optimize enrolments, and support timely completion of the AS credential. Support coordination and planning of S&T outreach activities to promote AS programs. Prepare the annual review for the AS program. Work with the Dean and Chairs to identify and develop interdisciplinary AS degree programs
