Deliver prevention and intervention services/instruction for behavioural and social-emotional needs. Consult with Case Managers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional supports. Serve as a member of the school's Critical Incident Response Team. Serve as a member of the School-based Team. Complete and submit monthly and year-end reports/summaries as required. Collaborate with parents, staff, administration, community groups, and outside agencies to support students. Work within established district and community agency referral processes. Attend District Inclusive Education staff meetings when appropriate. Support school growth plan goals. Provide and support student learning in peer helping, conflict resolution, social skills, and life skills. Participate in and facilitate professional development and implement new methodologies and strategies
