Overview
Design enterprise learning solutions, pathways, and curricula aligned to business capability needs and enterprise priorities. Create templates, job aids, frameworks, and standards to ensure consistent learning design across the portfolio. Develop role-specific, skills-based, and career-relevant learning pathways for business units and enterprise capability areas. Design and curate end-to-end learner experiences across enterprise sites and platforms with adult learning, accessibility, UX, and business relevance. Lead effective use of Zurich Canada’s LMS and related learning technologies to support learning and business strategies. Support tagging, organization, presentation, and governance of learning assets. Identify and pursue improvements to learning experiences, platforms, and technologies to support capability development, engagement, and reporting. Explore emerging learning technologies (including AI-enabled tools) to improve learning design and user experience where appropriate. Advise, consult, and collaborate with L&D business partners to turn business needs into practical, scalable learning solutions. Provide design guidance, templates, and LMS platform support to technical/function-specific learning teams. Support reuse of enterprise assets to reduce silos and avoid duplication across business units. Support integration between Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to reinforce development, mobility, and future skills readiness. Establish measurement and reporting metrics for learning programs, pathways, platforms, and learner engagement. Analyze adoption, completion, progression, engagement, utility, feedback, and other learner behaviors to improve learning and platform experiences. Develop dashboards/reports/simplified reporting mechanisms for L&D, HR, and business stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance value for learners and the business
