Provide behavioural support to students who require it. Collaborate as part of an effective School Based Team. Develop and implement Individual Student Learning Plans to build student capacity to transition successfully to a traditional school environment, continuing education, or from graduation to work or post-secondary training/education. Deliver differentiated instruction and specialized program delivery for students whose needs are not met in a traditional school program. Support students through enhanced counselling services based on student needs. Collaborate with agencies and community partners to provide additional services as required by the student population.
