Jointly manage the university degree audit process, including encoding requirements in the degree audit client. Evaluate student records relative to degree requirements. Coordinate registration set-up and training. Develop and deliver training on reading and interacting with Degree Audit functions for students, advisors, departments, faculties, and the broader university community. Provide advising as a core component of the role. Manage the Degree Audit Reporting System (software for encoding degree rules and requirements). Plan, organize, and coordinate registration procedures for all Dalhousie faculties through liaison, negotiation, and problem solving with academic and administrative units. Provide user support and training for faculty advisors, Student Services advisors, and students via the web. Generate degree audit batches for Faculties and Departments to support graduation eligibility assessments. Manage one full-time staff member responsible for building academic timetables and formal examination schedules for all Dalhousie programs
