Market context
In British Columbia, infant/toddler ECE roles are typically in steady demand as licensed childcare programs need staff who meet provincial requirements and can support very young children safely. This role is competitive because employers look for the Infant/Toddler certificate, current Standard First Aid and infant CPR, up-to-date immunizations, and a clear fit with benefits such as childcare discounts, professional development, tuition reimbursement, RRSP match, and sick time. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then confirm your credentials and readiness to meet all provincial childcare employment requirements before applying.
