Market context

Ontario ECE roles remain steady

In Ontario, Early Childhood Educator roles are typically in steady demand as licensed child care and early learning programs staff classrooms and maintain required educator-to-child ratios. These positions are competitive because employers often look for active College registration, current First Aid/CPR, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Search, while benefits such as pension, paid personal days, vacation entitlement, and a benefits package can strengthen an offer.
