Market context

Ontario DSP roles need degree-qualified applicants

In Ontario, entry-level Direct Support Professional roles often draw steady interest because they combine hands-on support work with a clear education requirement. These positions can be competitive because employers look for candidates who are comfortable with physical activity, can lift up to 30 lbs, and bring a bachelor’s degree; on this platform, job requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original posting to save research time. Before applying, confirm you can meet the physical demands and highlight any experience supporting children or vulnerable populations.
