This position requires prior competitive softball experience, either as a collegiate student-athlete or through a coaching or support role at the high school, travel ball, or collegiate level. Candidates must demonstrate a strong knowledge of softball strategies and skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and the flexibility to work a demanding schedule that includes nights, weekends, and extensive travel. Proficiency with video analysis software and standard office technology is highly preferred, along with a steadfast commitment to student-athlete well-being and strict compliance with NCAA, conference, and university regulations.
