About the role

The Pharmacy Co-op Student will be collecting best possible medication histories.

He/she role models professional and organizational core competencies.

What you bring: Enrolment in a Pharmacist Degree Program University Level; minimum 2nd year.

Demonstrated computer knowledge/skills and keyboarding skills Demonstrated interpersonal skills: communication, teamwork Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical arithmetic, pharmaceutical terminology Working in the Emergency Department and other patient units, gathering medication histories Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal Demonstrated problem assessment skills Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork Demonstrated individual leadership skills Southlake Health is fully committed to a culture of belonging and an inclusive environment that encourages every team member to lead within their role, generate innovative ideas that reinforce our mission and goal to create a healthy workplace where our community can thrive.
