We're looking for someone who has: Possess a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child and Youth Care/Worker or Recreation and Leisure Services or Social Services or equivalent related field Experience working with children aged 4–12 years (preferred) Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills A commitment to creating inclusive environments that celebrate diversity A professional, reliable, and confidential approach to their work Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C (Infant/Child) A Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last six months Work Authorization: The YMCA of Oakville is required to comply with all regulations established by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
