Market context

Ontario supply teaching roles remain in demand

Occasional supply teaching in Ontario is often driven by day-to-day classroom coverage needs, so candidates with Ontario College of Teachers certification or eligibility and a Bachelor of Education are typically well positioned. These roles can be competitive because schools often value experience with independent schools or specialized curricula such as Singapore Mathematics, along with the ability to step into different PreK–8 classrooms quickly. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then tailor your application to show adaptability and familiarity with varied instructional settings.
