In Ontario, STEAM program facilitator roles often draw interest from candidates with ECE, RECE, Child and Youth Worker, or recreation backgrounds, especially when schedules include part-time and full-time options. These roles can be competitive because employers look for current Vulnerable Sector Checks and experience supporting children in structured, hands-on learning settings.
