The Supply Teacher is responsible for advancing the curriculum and implementing lesson plans in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. They must maintain a positive learning environment and provide detailed reports on student progress and behavior to the permanent staff.

The York School is looking for Supply Teachers for the 2025/2026 Academic Year to advance the curriculum and learning in the classroom in the absence of the classroom Teacher. When possible, coverage assignments are made in advance, however, Supply Teachers may also receive requests for same-day coverage.

Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $33 an hour plus 4% vacation.
