This position offers an aspiring collegiate coach or hockey operations professional an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on, high-level experience in a premier competitive environment while pursuing a graduate degree. Working under the direct supervision of the Head Coach, the Graduate Assistant will contribute to both on-ice development and off-ice program administration. Primary responsibilities include supporting daily practice execution, managing video editing and pre-scouting technology, coordinating team travel logistics, and assisting with on-campus recruiting initiatives. Beyond video, the role demands strong organizational skills to coordinate complex team logistics, including team meals, hotel accommodations, and travel itineraries, while assisting with on-campus recruiting visits. Finally, they will serve as a crucial academic monitor, conducting study hall checks and liaising with athletic academic advisors to ensure our student-athletes maintain high academic standing and remain on track for graduation.
