Joseph's K-7 School in Smithers BC </strong></p><p><strong>This is a 1.0 FTE teacher position beginning September 1, 2026 </strong></p><p><strong>This full-time (1.0 FTE) Prep Teacher position offers an exciting opportunity to engage students across a range of grade levels through creative and specialized instruction.

The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for enriching student learning experiences. </strong></p><p><strong>Applicants must hold, or be eligible for a British Columbia Teaching Certificate.

Applicants should have experience with Primary & Intermediate grades.

Successful candidates must be current in teaching practices and understand the BC Curriculum: e.g.

Learning Standards, Assessment for Learning (AFL) practice, and core competencies.

Requirements

Hold, or be eligible for, a British Columbia Teaching Certificate.
