Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of all learners. </p><p></p><ul></ul><p><b> Create an Inclusive Classroom Environment : </b>Establish a positive and respectful classroom environment that allows all learners to feel valued and supported.

Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote kindness, cooperation, and responsibility. </p><p></p><ul></ul><p><b> Bring the Curriculum Outdoors: </b>Design and facilitate meaningful land-based learning experiences that utilize our incredible lakeside environment that is also near trails and forests (e.g., water ecology, plant identification, and outdoor storytelling). </p><p></p><ul></ul><p><b> Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning: </b>Integrate local cultural knowledge, values, and traditions into instruction.
