Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Behaviour Interventionist supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)..

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt communication for diverse learners and stakeholders..

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team..

Solid understanding of human development and principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behaviour (VB), including related assessment and therapeutic techniques..

Current Crisis Prevention certification (e.g., CPI or equivalent)..

First Aid and CPR certification..

Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment aligned with organizational values..

Demonstrated sense of purpose and identity rooted in Biblical principles; active participation in a local Christian church community.
