Locations
Design and lead inclusive indoor and outdoor activities for children aged 5-12 while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Provide direct supervision, mentorship to staff, and individualized support to children through care plans and positive behavior modeling.
Candidates must be at least 19 years old with experience working with children and possess or obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Completion of 20 hours of training in Child Development, Guidance, or Nutrition is required, along with a satisfactory Criminal Record Check.

Nature & Scope
Join Our Team! We’re seeking a compassionate and collaborative individual to support our inclusive before and after school program for children ages 5–12. In this role, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to create a welcoming environment where every child—regardless of their needs—can thrive.
You will design and actively participate in activities, provide individualized support as needed, help children navigate conflicts, and model positive behaviours. You’ll also contribute to care plans, support each child’s unique strengths, maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios, and ensure a safe, inclusive space where every child feels valued and supported.
