THE FACULTY OF ARTS INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR CONTACT ACADEMIC STAFF POSITIONS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY Course Name Sociology of Families Course Number SOC-2103-770 Course Dates: January 6, 2027 - April 6, 2027 Contract Start Date December 04, 2026 Contract End Date May 14, 2027 Number of Classes 24 Class Times Monday & Wednesday: 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Projected Enrolment 65 Credit Hours 3 Location of Course LIVE ONLINE Scheduled class times will take place using an online platform.
Instructor & students must be available during the posted lecture times for live streaming and/or group interactions.
High speed internet & access to an electronic device with a webcam (e.g., smartphone, laptop) is mandatory.
Qualifications MA Remuneration $6,655.00 (inclusive of vacation pay based on 2019-2026 UWFA-CAS Agreement) The closing date for applications is July 02, 2026 Note: Applicants must apply online by submitting their cover letter, curriculum vitae and any other requested supporting documents by clicking on the Apply button below.
